IN-STORE REGISTRATION
Will there be an in-store registration?
Yes. In-store registration will be announced soon. Registration venues are posted HERE.
Can we download a registration form and submit it to the registration venues?
No. The registration forms have a control number. Do not reproduce the registration forms.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
How do we know that our payment has been confirmed?
You will receive an email from us that we have received your payment. The email will be sent within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder as well.
Why is there an extra charge when paying online?
The extra charge for the online transaction fees being charge by the payment gateways to process your payment.
Can we pay through a bank deposit?
No. As of today, bank deposit payments are not available.
Do we need to enroll in Paypal to use our credit card when paying online?
No. There is an option to pay as guest below the login page.
PERSONALIZED BIBS
Can we put a space in the personalized bib or is this considered a special character?
Spaces are ok to be included in the name for the personalized bibs. We won’t consider this as a special character.
Is the personalized bib for both online registration and in-store registration?
Yes. The personalized bib is for all runners. Please note that it is limited to letters and numbers only. Spaces are allowed. The final print will be in ALL CAPS.
RACE KITS
Do I get my race kits right away once we regiter?
No. We still have to prepare you personalized race bibs. We will have a race kit claiming schedule in June. Prepare an authorization letter as well if you will not be available to claim the race kits personally.
Will the race kits be delivered?
Only those who registers online have the option for delivery. Those who register in-store during the early registration period will claim their race kits. Schedule and claiming for race kits will be announce later.
When will the race kits be delivered?
Delivery will start in June. We will publish the names and the tracking numbers of the kits that have been endorsed with the courier. Only those who registers online have the option for delivery.
Can we still make changes in our registration?
Changes in the race category is NOT ALLOWED.
However, changes in the names, singlet size, and name on race bib are allowed until the cut-off date. Changes made after the cut-off will no longer be entertained. Cut-off date will be announced later.
RACE DETAILS
What is the gun start time?
We will announce the gun start time soon. Right now, we intend the 21K to start at 4:30AM. Please stand by for further announcements.
Is there a cutoff time to be entitled for the finisher’s medal?
We don’t have a strict cut off time. As long as our marshals are still there, you will get your finisher’s medal. We are to end the program by 8:30 AM. So you have about 3 – 4 hours to reach the finish line. :D Be reminded however that roads may be opened as early as 7:00 AM. Proceed at your own risk.
