Runfest 2014 – Claiming and Delivery Updates (June 13, 2014)

Hi Dear Runners,

Here’s the update for the claiming and the delivery of race kits for the Takbo.ph Runfest 2014.

For the delivery, please check your names and the status of your race kits in the pdf file below. If you paid for the delivery and your name is not in the list, please let us know using the Contact Form here.

REMINDERS FOR DELIVERY

1. Kindly leave an AUTHORIZATION LETTER to a person who can claim your race kit in case you are not around during the delivery.

2. The courier will only make 2 attempts to reach you. If the race kit remains undelivered, it will be returned to us and you can claim it on race day instead.

REMINDERS FOR CLAIMING

1. Kindly bring your VALID ID + Claim Stub (store registration) or Printed Email Confirmation (online registration) during claiming.

2. You can ask someone else to receive your race kit for you as long as you provide a VALID ID and an AUTHORIZATION LETTER to the one who will claim in your behalf.
